Are you the ‘pawfect match for Marnie?

Dogs Trust Shoreham is appealing for a new home for a sweet natured Pug cross who is friendly to all who she meets.

Three-year old Marnie may be small but she’s energetic and spritely and likes engaging in a game with her toys and is excitable to get out on her walks.

An active family who can join her on an adventure, play all her favourite games and then snuggle up on the sofa with her once back home, would be her dream come true.

Marnie will need to be the only pet, living in a relaxing household where the youngest members of the family are over the age of 12.

Initially, she will need to walk in areas where she can avoid bumping into lots of other dogs but does have the potential to have calm walking buddies in the future. Her new owners will need to help build up her socialisation skills gradually.

A spokesperson for Dogs Trust Shoreham said: “Marnie is currently living in temporary foster home where she has proven herself to be the most wonderful houseguest. Her foster carer describes her as ‘a darling girl who just wants love and security’ and continues by explaining her as a happy-go-lucky character who enjoys cuddles and bursts of play… and absolutely loves walks and running.”

If you think you could offer Marnie a place to call forever, you can contact Dogs Trust Shoreham rehoming team on 01273 452576, or visit the rehoming centre at Brighton Road, Shoreham, BN43 5LT.
