Agria wins for a second year running at Moneyfacts Consumer Awards 2019

For a second year running, Agria Pet Insurance has come out top at the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards 2019.

Up against the biggest names in the industry, Agria won both Pet Insurance Provider of the Year and Best Claims Services at the prestigious awards.

Agria beat off the competition to secure both awards through votes from consumers and an expert Moneyfacts panel.

Winners of the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards are determined by the combination of the results of a consumer survey – this year completes by a record of over 180,000 individuals – and expert analysis of features and benefits of products to determine standout performers of the year.

Michelle Monck, Head of Digital at Moneyfacts, said: “At Moneyfacts.co.uk we believe consumers need to have the right information and to be given a voice about their experience of different financial brands, poducts and services. Their honest responses to this survey along with our technical knowledge mean this year’s Moneyfacts Consumer Awards continues to recognise, not just the best products in their areas, but also excellent service as well. The publication of this year’s winners and finalists represents those brands consumers might want to consider when comparing financial products.”

Helen Moore, Claims Manager at Agria Pet Insurance, says: “To win Best Claims Service from Moneyfacts for the second-year running is absolute testament to our incredible team. We’re so proud that our focus on doing the right thing for our customers and their pets has been recognised – and it’s made even more special as this particular award is purely voted for by consumers. We’re delighted.”

Simon Wheeler, Managing Director of Agria Pet Insurance, says: “We’re thrilled to have been awarded both accolades for the second year running. The entire Agria Pet Insurance team is dedicated to doing the very best for owners and their pets, and we’re so proud that our passion and hard work has been recognised again by consulers and the Moneyfacts panel.”
