Staff at Dogs Trust Basildon are appealing to the public for someone to offer playful Paulo a forever home.
Four-year old, Labrador Paulo is a massive fan of toys and he is looking for someone who’s happy to play fetch to his heart’s content. 
Paulo is an active and happy dog who loves splashing about in water and exploring the great outdoors. He is fully housetrained and is used to living indoors with his home comforts.
He is an independent boy who takes a little while to trust people, but once you’ve made friends with him, he is super loyal. He adores his canine carers Amy and Anthony; who both agree he’ll be a fantastic companion in the right home.
Amy says: “Paulo loves his walks and the chance to explore. He’s really enjoying Autumn and snuffling in the fallen leaves for goodies.” Anthony adds: “He’s cuddly once you get to know him and he really loves to play. He walks well on the lead and is a pleasure to take out.”
Staff at the Basildon rehoming centre advice that Paulo is looking for a home with only one or two owners, no visiting children and no other pets. Potential owners must be willing to visit him several times here at the centre, so that you can get used to one another before he goes home with you. Paulo would also love a garden where he can run around and sniff everything.
