Orvis UK customers raise over £2000 for Pets as Therapy

Last week, Orvis UK presented a cheque to Pets as Therapy (PAT) from money raised by its customers.

Orvis asked customers of they would be kind enough to donate one pound for PATs between the period of October and December.

Eighteen stores in the UK helped to raise the money, with a total of £2,146 being raised for the national charity. PAT provides animal therapy throughout the community in residential homes, hospitals, schools, day-care centres and prisons, through their team of volunteers.

Managing Director, Adrian Woolford presented the cheque to Deborah Dow, Chief Executive of Pets as Therapy.

In 2019, Orvis are proud to continue supporting PATs and one of the ways we are doing that is to continue with the pound for PATs initiative across their stores.
