Sand loving Sally is ‘all ears’ for news of a forever home

Dogs Trust West London are urgently appealing for a home for 8-year old Greyhound Sally.

Sally is a sensitive soul who recently went into the care of Dogs Trust through no fault of her own and us struggling to adapt to kennel life.

She is at her happiest when she is around people and is hoping for a forever home with a slower pace of life where she can enjoy nice long naps and cuddles on the sofa. She has met a few dogs at the centre ad has a little walking group that she goes out with.

Sally prefers calmer dogs and could live with an easy-going dog at home, who will help her settle back into home life. In her previous home, Sally had her very own sandpit that she loved playing in and has continued having fun in the sandpits Dogs Trust have at the centre.

Sally’s ears certainly win ‘the most expressive ears of the year’ award and the team at Dogs Trust can’t help but smile when they see them, especially when they look at her shadow. She would make the perfect companion for someone who is around for most of the day and enjoys nice, quiet walks.

Dogs Trust London Rehoming Centre Manager, Richard Moore, said: “It’s always hard when a dog comes into kennels, especially when they have been in such a loving home. Sally has had her life turned upside down and we are really hoping that her special someone comes through the doors very soon to take her home.”

If you think that you could be the special someone that Sally needs, you can visit the centre or call the team on 01895 544544.
