Percuro Pet Food announce a partnership with The National Foundation for Retired Service Animals

The global leading insect protein-based pet food company will collaborate with the NFRSA to help support the welfare needs of retired service animals through a feeding programme.

The charitable organization, The National Foundation for Retired Service Animals will benefit from the donations supplied by the hypoallergenic pet food specialist as part of their corporate social responsibility program to help support dog charities during the current cost of living crisis.

Launched in May 2022 during at the National Police Dog Trials, The National Foundation for Retired Service Animals is a registered charity supporting retired dogs and horses from the police, fire, prison and border force services by helping with medical and veterinary bills, which inevitably occur as they get older.

Denise Saber, Founder of Percuro commented, “We are grateful for this opportunity to collaborate with Chairperson, The Rt Hon. The Countess Bathurst and partner with The National Foundation for Retired Service Animals to raise awareness and support the wellbeing of retired service pets and their owners. Many animal charities and dog parents are currently facing challenging high expenses when feeding their dogs. Percuro is dedicated to helping the pet owner’s community whilst providing their dogs with highly nutritious, sustainable pet food, formulated for all dog breeds and life stages to help them live better longer.

We are delighted to lend our support to the NFRSA by feeding four retired service dogs with our super premium pet food. We will further contribute by making a financial donation in aid of the charity for every Percuro bag sold to NFRSA members to sustain the financial needs of the charity. Additionally, we are offering discounted Percuro dog food to the charity’s 200+ members as part of our company’s mission to help with rising food costs.”
